• Customer information, including designs and other data will be stored safely for a period of five years, if not used again by the customer, within this five year period, it will be destroyed.
• We do not store any financial information and detail on our website. When completing your purchases / orders, you will be transferred to PayPal or google for processing payment, before transferred back to this website to confirm the final order. PayPal and google are both known as highly secure sites, if used correctly.
• All designs for reproduction submitted to us must be original. If existing designs or logo's from companies, clubs, societies, individuals, etc. are to be reproduced, a consent form to do so must be signed by the person authorized to do so. (See Form 1).
  Cara Mia Creations reserves a right of decision not to digitize, reproduce or design any pictures or photographs which could be considered to be of pornographic, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous (all religions), extreme sexism, racism, crimen iniuria or any devil worshipping material. It will be destroyed or returned to the sender immediately. The customer will be informed in advance of such an act or decision. In this case, all moneys paid will be refunded in full to the customer.
• This website may have links with other websites. Third party websites, their policies and securities are not our responsibility.
• No reproduction of any kind of any designs and objects on this website is permitted.
• Updating this website is a continuous and complex process. We can not guarantee that the information as it appears on a particular date and time as hundred percent correct, although we would strive towards keeping the information as up-to-date as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All goods on this website are subject to availability.
• Orders will be despatched as soon as possible between 3 – 7 days after confirmation of order and payment.
• If an article is not available, the buyer will be informed immediately. The order can then be cancelled, and the full amount, as already paid for a particular article, will be refunded to the customer, or the order could be kept as a backorder, and forwarded to the customer as soon as it becomes available at no extra costs.
• Delay in delivery is sometimes unpreventable and unforeseen, and we cannot take responsibility for any external, and unforeseen costs or losses incurred by the buyer if delivery of goods are delayed. (For example – postal strikes, telephone calls made by the customer to trace orders or parcels, etc.).
• All payments are made in advance to the Seller via PayPal or Google.
• Cleared cheque payments will be accepted only for custom-made patches designs.
• If goods are returned in good order, and within 7 days after it was received, 80 % of the original purchases fee (excluding postage) will be refunded to the customer, and 20 % of the original purchase fee will be redeemed by the Seller for handling costs.
• No designs or pictures on any other part of this website may be reproduced in any format without the written consent of the Proprietor of this business.

HOW TO ORDER:

HOW TO ORDER FROM CARA MIA CREATIONS:

Payment procedures:

• We accept only Paypal & Goolgle payments (which accepts most credit and debit cards) for any sales via this website.
  Only cleared cheque payments (in GB£-Sterling) will be accepted for the digitizing of personal and custom-made patches, and must be made out to “C. Louw t/a Cara Mia Creations', and crossed, please. The cheque-payment must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Order Form (Form Custom Made Patches),and a clear sample of the design.
• Order procedures:
• Choose required product and relevant category
  Click on 'ADD TO BASKET (ROMAN CART)' button within each items' block.
  If other items are required, do not proceed to 'CHECKOUT' at this stage, but click the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING', button
  Browse other categories and items, and follow the same procedure as above.
  Your 'ROMAN CART' summary page will display all the items you have added during a shopping session.
  Items may be removed form your 'ROMAN CART' by clicking the 'REMOVE' button for that particular item, or change the 'Quantity' to 'zero'.
  Click then the 'RECALCULATE' button.
  You may order more than one of a particular item by changing the 'Quantity'
  block on the RomanCart Window. Click 'Recalculate' after the 'Quantity' has been changed.
  Your total will be added up, and a preliminary invoice will show on the screen.
  If you are satisfied with your purchase, you may click now the 'CHECKOUT' button.
  You can choose to make a payment through PayPal or Google, which will also prompt you to choose the relevant shipping method to the total.
  A final invoice will be e-mailed to your e-mail address.
  Depending on where you live, payment method and postage grade, a parcel can take up to 15 days, and sometimes longer, to reach the buyer. An e-mail of confirmation will be send out to the buyer, as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
• All fees as appeared with articles on this website are exclusive of 17.5% VAT (GB) and quoted in GB£Sterling. VAT at 17.5% will be added to your final order.

DELIVERIES:

• Deliveries can be done to all addresses within the mainland of the UK, that is: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Ilse of Man and Channel Islands.
• Shipping can be upgraded to a First Class Postage at checkout.
• Overnight Courier Services (UK mainland only), can be done at a fixed shipping cost at £7.00 per parcel, or 'signed for' Postage at £10.00 per parcel.
• For invoices more than & £50.00, shipping will be free of charge.
• Cara Mia Creations does not deliver in Europe or any other countries of the world at this stage, but plans to extend its services soon to other parts of the world.

RETURN OF GOODS:

• Cara Mia Creations cannot take any responsibility for any goods which are damaged or delayed by postal procedures, and/or any damages which incurred after a package has been opened and handled by the receiver / buyer/ customer.
• Every article sold and posted will include a 'Care and Handling' information note, which must be read carefully by the customer before handling the goods.
• If goods are returned in perfect order and within 7 days after is was received by the buyer, 80% of the purchase fee will be refunded (excluding postage paid by seller). 20 % of the original purchase fee will be deducted due to handling costs.
