Payment for custom-made patches will be accepted only as follows:

l Payment by cheque, posted together with order Form 1 to the above address. All crossed cheques to be made out to: C. Louw t/a Cara Mia Creations. We will only proceed with the design as soon as the cheque payment has been cleared. The customer will be informed of such via e-mail.

You are welcome to submit your design in any format, whether a hand-drawing, a clear photograph, or in .jpg or .bmp format.

Please indicate the colours you would like us to use very clearly. Please keep in mind that machine embroidery is limited in colour-use, the reproduction of size, and the depiction of detailed objects.

The cost of an original digitized design ranges between £5 - £50, depending on the size and difficult level of the design, and can take up to 14 days to complete.

How it works:
After we have recieved your request, a sample will be digitized, embroidered and send to you a.s.a.p., for final approval. This sample will also include a quotation for the costs of a single patch, on which, after approval from you, further orders for patches can then be taken.
Please note that alterationsto a new design can be done only twice, from where-as a surcharge fee of £10.00 per futher alterations will be charged

The cost for the sewing of individual embroidered patches is extra. (See Table 2 for e4stimated costs of custom-made designed patches and individual patches per unit).

A discount of 10% on the price will be applicable on orders of 5 units and more at a time.

For all orders of £50.00 or more, postage will be free of charge

Please note: NO existing designs of companies, clubs, societies, businesses and individuals may be reproduced by us, without the proper consent.
A consent form to do so must be signed by the person authorized to do so. (See Form 1).

Cara Mia Creations reserves a right to refuse to digitize, reproduce or design any pictures or photographs which could be considered to be of pornographic, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous (all religions), extreme sexism, racism, crimen iniuria or any devil worshipping material. It will be destroyed or returned to the sender immediately. The customer will be informed in advance of such an act or decision. All moneys paid will be refunded in full to the customer.

Sporty, original and tongue-in-the-cheek humour patch-designs will always be welcome!

All completed and digitized designs will be kept in our data bank. It stays the property of the customer after full payment has been received, and can be used for further future orders from the customer, without any extra digitizing costs. An extra 'Alteration Fee' could be charge if any major changes need to be done to existing designs.

Cara Mia Creations undertakes not to use these designs for any other purpose other as originally requested by the customer. The customer can at any time request a copy of its design on a CD at a small extra amount plus postage.
